Activity Check

As a reminder, our activity requirements are:

1 completed thread and
2 other forms of activity (journal entries, IC communications, Journal commenting)

per month.

I don't generally like doing activity checks because I know everyone has a lot going on in their lives and RP is supposed to be an outlet from that life so, no pressure! But I feel we have a lot of extra characters who we haven't seen in a while so I'll be performing one at the end of this month.

You can help me by making sure your posts are appropriately tagged with your character's name in the IC community.

Good day everyone, I'm a new writer to this community! I'm Nadine and I haven't been playing in a community for over 5 years now, I stuck to PSL's only during that time, but the itch to get back into communities finally became too much and here I am. *insert obligatory jazz hands*

Hiya!! Lisa again!!

Now this one may look more familiar. It is Connolly only a little more fiery than before. She is being brought in brand new from Ireland. In Ireland, she was a hunter and comes from a long line of them. She just got tangled up with the wrong baddie. She is more of a fighter than a lover so she can be a bit testy. Empathy is not her strong suit but Marlboro Reds and Whiskey are.

She may not be saying hello right away as Connolly will be freaked out about the idea of a town full of vampires. If Harley won't create waves, this one certainly will. :)

Hello everyone!! I am Lisa and I think I have played with a quite a few of you!! So stoked to be back!! I am typing this on my mobile at the dentist's office. Lol.

This gal here is one of two. Her name is Harley Jameson Fox and is born and raised in Shadows. She is 19, going to college and still trying to figure it all out. Her family is pretty well known and although they are not in game (but they could be!), she has three older brothers that were pretty popular in school. Harley, herself, is pretty friendly and tries not to have a bias much. She loves to cook and loves music. There is nothing more she would love than to open her own rock and roll food truck and follow bands on tour. Harley is a blank slate and would love friends, ex boyfriends, more friends, and tension...because I love tension, not Harley. Lol

Hey guys! It's Sarah and I still have that SF addiction, obviously haha. Anyways, this is my newest kid (and actually a new kid, not an old SF resident ;) ), Skye. His given name is Mike, but he isn't using that anymore. He's genderfluid and ran away from home a little while ago. He's the youngest son of a family of vampire hunters, but hunting was never something he enjoyed very much, so his relationship with his family was never too good. After coming out to his mother, she told his father, who didn't say much with his mouth, but talked with his fist. That was the night that Skye packed his things and left and ran into Kota.

Long story short, they fell for each other and Kota offered to turn him, but Skye needed time to think about that. Having made up his mind, he came to SF :) He doesn't know anyone yet aside from Kota and Silas, so friends, enemies, gimme your lines puhlease!

Hey guys, just wanted to give everyone I write with a little heads up. Due to some shotty construction down the road, my entire neighborhood's cable is out. Now, this wouldn't be a problem if I actually got decent data connection at home. So. Until the web is restored, I might be a little MIA. The cable company said it could be anywhere from 2 days to a week, so... Pray for me, guys. A teenager and a preteen with no internet or tv means I might lose my mind.

Hey everyone!

So I thought I'd put out a request. I know we have a special section for Wanted Characters but I thought I'd toss it out here too.

So Isaac and Ele and the other Moreau's let Dillon go (Obviously) but now they don't have anyone to play with so if any vampires out there want to be captured and tortured maybe we can work something out? Alternatively, I also thought maybe it was possible for someone to take up a temporary character to fill the role for a little while? A temporary character wouldn't require an extensive application/backstory unless you wanted to. We could even make an NPC account for the game if you didn't want to go through the hassle of creating a journal.

Any takers?

Toby here. Decided to bring this teddy bear of a vampire back.

For those who haven't met Kota before, he's a 360-year-old South African (technically Dutch, but he doesn't claim it) Vampire. He grows weed, and is pretty much constantly smoking the stuff, so if your character is a stoner, they would likely get on great. He's a doctor... Err, well. He is a licensed doctor, but he doesn't practice medicine often. He helps out when he's needed... mostly he just enjoys school. He is constantly building things with wood. Constantly. Toys, furniture, instruments... whatever. Your character is remodeling? He's your man. He also plays a wide array of instruments, so if your character plays something, maybe they can jam. Kota loves that shit.

I'm really shitty at summing things up.

But Kota can make friends with most anyone, so honestly, he's wide open when it comes to lines.

Specifically, he needs a claim. He doesn't really believe in the claiming system, so it would have to be an agreement. Protection and/or housing for blood.

There are a couple of other lines I would be very seriously interested in, but they both require new characters, so... I guess if anyone wants to play someone new with him, let me know?

I'm gonna stop fumbling around here.

Hey guys!

This is Anna. I've made a human. His name is Killian. He's been in Shadow Falls since 2010 - he came after his grandmother, who lived here, died. Like a lot of people in town, he's got a big ego. He's pretty sure he's smarter than all of you, especially vampires, and can be pretty manipulative in order to get what he wants. He's calculating, patient, opportunistic and two-faced. Nearly everything out of his mouth is a lie. He is a bit of a coward and neither enjoys watching or participating in violence. He works at Perked and takes a lot of classes at the University since he's pretty cerebral.

Have a look at his profile. As far as profiles I write goes it's pretty concise.

Anyway - looking for friends or past relationships or any sort of connections with anyone. He dislikes vampires so there probably isn't a lot of opportunity there for anything nice although he does enjoy pulling one over on the immortal half of the population.
